This course reviews basic information about liens in general, including priority issues, and continues by describing and comparing different types of liens, including judgment liens, construction liens, tax liens, and condominium liens. Duration of liens and homestead attachment are also discussed. Note: Mortgage liens are covered in the Mortgages and Other Security Instruments course.
