FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q:  When do I need my User Id and Password?

A: The User Id and Password are only needed to log in. You must log in before you           can access any course or topic within a course. You may stop or pause the course,          and then resume, without logging out.

Q:  How do I receive continuing education credit?

A: Licensed Florida Bar attorneys self report, so they need to enter the Course Number and Credit Hours information (found at the Information icon next to the course) online at www.flabar.org.  No CLE information is input from this website for Florida Bar attorneys.

The website Professor enters the name and license number for licensed title insurance agents and licensed real estate agents and brokers onto the regulators' websites within 30 days of course completion.  Be sure to print a Course Completion Certificate for your records.

Q: Do I have to take the class all in one sitting?

A: You do not have to take the class at one time. You may start and stop any part of a course at any time.

Q: Are there certain times to take the class or can I take it 24 hours a day?

A: Classes are available 24/7.

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum amount of time to review the material?

A: All students are given 90 days to complete a course. If you need more time, contact the Professor by clicking on the Ask A Question button.

Q: Can you stop in the middle of the final exam and then go back to it?

A: You may stop anywhere in the final exam and start again so long as you do not click on SUBMIT!  Clicking on the Submit button tells the computer you have finished the exam.

You may not go back to the course once you begin the final exam.
