“TITLE INSURANCE COVERAGE” reviews typically misunderstood title insurance coverage beliefs, such as whether an owner’s policy insures the marital status of the insureds and whether a loan policy becomes an owner’s policy after the insured lender takes title after foreclosure. This seminar also includes a discussion about title insurance policy coverage for unrecorded matters, such as fraud or forgery. Finally, the course covers the issue of title agent defalcation from a title insurance coverage perspective.
